General: Safeguarding your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and other information in connection with the services we provide (“Service(s)”) and the My Ally website (the “Site”).
Information We Collect: We collect information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services, or when one of our customers uses our Services to schedule an interview with you. When you register for the Services, we collect your name, telephone number, email address, postal address, payment information, and company name.
We also collect information about you when you use the Services so that we can schedule interviews on your behalf. For example, if you are a job seeker intending to schedule an appointment with one of our customers (or if you are a customer arranging interviews), we collect information necessary to access your email and calendar such as access credentials for those services. We also collect job information and shared calendar information to find a timeslot that fits the schedules of all involved.
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services. We also collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
We may obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, we may collect information about you from third parties, including but not mailing list providers and publicly available sources.
How We Use The Information We Collect: We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, such as to determine users’ availability and to schedule interviews on their behalf. We may also use the information we collect to: respond to your questions or requests concerning the Site or Services offered by My Ally; to fulfill the terms of any agreement you have with us; to fulfill your requests for our Services or otherwise complete a transaction that you initiate; to send you information about our Services; to deliver confirmations, account information, notifications, and similar operational communications; to improve your user experience and the quality of our Site and Services; to comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements; and to manage our business.
We also may use the information that we collect to send you promotional communications including emails about the products and services offered by My Ally.
How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use various tracking technologies to collect information, including cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular and count visits. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our Services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits and understand usage and campaign effectiveness. Links to Other Web Sites: This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by My Ally (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third-Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that My Ally endorses or has reviewed the Third-Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.
Integrating Third Party Services: One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to use our Services via various third-party services like Google, iCloud or Microsoft Exchange (“Third-Party Service(s)”). By directly integrating with these services, we make your online experiences richer and more personalized. However, please remember that the manner in which Third Parties use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such third parties, and My Ally shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third-Party Services that may be enabled within the Service.
Security: My Ally takes reasonable steps to protect all information provided via the Site and Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. My Ally uses commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion. However, no security program is foolproof and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal or other information.
Testimonials: We may post customer testimonials to our Site which may contain personal information. We will endeavor to obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial. If you wish to request removal of your testimonial you may contact us at privacy@myally.ai.
Your Choices:
Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information: If you want to learn more about the information that My Ally has about you, or you would like to update, change, or limit the use and disclosure of that information or you no longer desire the service please contact our Customer Support by email at privacy@myally.ai.
Promotional Communications: You can opt out of our promotional emails at any time by sending an email to serviceninjas@myally.ai with “opt out” in the subject line or by following the instructions included in those communications.
Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies.
How long We Retain the Information We Collect: We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
Information for Site Users from outside the United States: The personal and non-personal information that we collect through or in connection with the Site and the Services is transferred to and processed in the United States for the purposes described above. My Ally may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, affiliates or third parties in the United States or in other countries. The data protection laws in these countries may be different from, and less stringent than, those in your country of residence.
U.S.-EU Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield: When we transfer personal information from the European Union or Switzerland to the United States, we comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. My Ally has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, we are committed to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below. We have further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit https://www.jamsadr.com/file-an-eu-us-privacy-shield-or-safe-harbor-claim for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.
Under certain conditions, you may be able to invoke binding arbitration to resolve your complaint. My Ally is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
If we share personal data transferred to the U.S. under the Privacy Shield with a third-party service provider that processes such data on our behalf, then we will be liable for that third party’s processing in violation of the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we can prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Residents of the European Economic Area: If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), you have certain rights and protections under the law regarding the processing of your personal data. In circumstances where My Ally acts as a data processor, you must contact your data controller to avail yourself of these rights and protections.

Data Subject Requests: If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access personal data we hold about you and to ask that your personal data be corrected, erased, or transferred. Questions or Complaints: If you are a resident of the EEA and have a concern about our processing of personal data that we are not able to resolve, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data privacy authority where you reside. Changes to My Ally’s Privacy Policy: My Ally will review its data security measures and this privacy policy from time to time and may make changes to the Site or to its privacy practices. In that case, My Ally may need to revise this Policy to reflect those changes. My Ally will post all such changes on the Site, so we encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
