Deepti founded My Ally in 2015 with a vision of transforming the talent journey to meet the global enterprise demands of Human Capital Management in the 21st century. She brings to the table extensive experience in delivering quality customer solutions and identifying and investing in cutting edge innovation, having worked in leadership positions at organizations including Oppenheimer Funds and Shell. An accomplished orator, Deepti was a breakout speaker at the TAtech Leadership Summit on AI & Machine Learning in Talent Acquisition, as well as a panelist at UNLEASH America 2019.

Deepti is an engineer at heart with a degree in Electrical Engineering the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

SVP of Customer Success & Implementation

With 25 years of experience in global IT Products and Services, Mahesh specializes in helping My Ally create customer value for enterprise HR and Talent Acquisition teams. Prior to joining My Ally’s executive leadership, Mahesh was the Vice President, Strategic Solutions Group at Apptus, as well as Managing Director of ThoughtWorks. A successful entrepreneur, he founded the talent sourcing solution TalentOjo. His core areas of expertise include Customer Success, Contract Lifecycle Management, Strategy and Operations. Mahesh is also a published author with his book “New Age Leadership: An Open-Minded Approach for the New Generation.”

Mahesh is an alumnus of the Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology in Gujarat, India.

GM, Operations

An accomplished business and management professional, Samir brings to his role as the head of My Ally’s India team 25+ years of Entrepreneurial, Product, R&D and Leadership experience. Prior to joining My Ally, Samir co-founded KWIK24, India's first unmanned cashless convenience store, which was successfully sold to retail enterprise Big Basket. His track record of success includes successfully scaling global teams in the US, the UK, Morocco, China and India with organizations such as Symphony Teleca, where he also implemented and led the ‘Be An Angel’ CSR initiative.

Samir is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru.

Director of Engineering

With 12+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership, Krishna leads the expansive team that builds, tests and refines My Ally’s products. He brings to his role a track record of success in Requirement Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Software Project Management, Data Visualization and multiple coding languages. His previous roles include senior leadership positions with global enterprises including ADP, HSBC and UnitedHealth Group.

Krishna is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

VP of Sales

Backed by 30 years of experience in sales and leadership positions, Carter is responsible for driving global customer acquisition and business development at My Ally, with a focus on growing the company’s enterprise client base. He brings to his role a proven global track record of success in previous leadership positions with Gartner, Hightail and Xerox, where he began his career. In addition to his role as My Ally’s VP of Sales, Carter is the founder and CEO of go-to-market and demand generation consulting firm Revenue Chemists and an advisor to People.ai, which is focused on data analytics for sales success.

Carter is an alumnus of Vanderbilt University with dual degrees in English and Psychology.

VP of Marketing

Aaron is a consummate revenue-minded global marketing executive with 15+ years planning and executing B2B and B2C marketing operations from Fortune 500, Inc. 500 start-ups, and early stage high-growth technology companies across MarTech, FinTech, and HRTech markets. Aaron’s core contributions to My Ally are building brand and demand, digital marketing, marketing operations, events, partner marketing, and driving strategic marketing and sales alignment.

Aaron is an alumnus of Bellevue University and holds both a BA and MBA with Marketing concentrations.

CPO of Solutionreach, Inc., Nagi has an impressive track record in product strategy, product management and engineering leadership track record in startups, rapid-growth and fortune-500 technology companies in the areas of Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud platforms, ML/AI, Security and Mobility.

Product Marketing

CMO of Redis Labs, Manish is recognized for scaling public and private businesses and growing significant enterprise value over the past 25 years through strategic planning, positioning/messaging, product portfolio management, demand generation, sales and channel enablement, brand building, business development, partner and ecosystem marketing, customer and developer advocacy, media and analyst relations.

Information Security

Board member at Malwarebytes, and trusted advisor to several security protocol rich technology ventures, Justin also served as the Chief Security Officer for SAP for several years. He is an experienced global security executive with a long record of transforming companies security functions and driving security as a competitive differentiator. He is the Founding Partner of Somaini LLC and provides strategic security management consulting.
